Join us for a single session.
Our Fit Mama Class focuses predominantly on body weight exercises that are a mix of cardio and resistance – guaranteed to get your heart rate up, the blood pumping and the sweat pouring! Most of the sessions are done at your own pace so we can cater to all fitness levels and abilities, but we also mix it up with group/partner workouts. Each session goes for 45 minutes (including warm up and stretching) and we do something different every session.

I love the Fit Mama Summer Sessions! There is always a great turn out and loads of kids for your kiddies to play with, with it being school holidays. You get a good sweat on and it’s three days in a row of short workouts. Every time I do the summer classes I find I my fitness improves really quickly. Your workout is done nice and early so there is still lots of time in the day to head to the beach or get to that BBQ. Totally recommend these classes to make the most out of your fitness in the summer.

Pre kids I was a super fit person - always belonged to a gym and played indoor netball and touch rugby. But as soon as I had kids my fitness regime went out the window completely. I lost all motivation, and felt time poor for doing things for myself. I find Fit Mama works for me for many reasons - it's a great friendly bunch of mums, it's always a fun atmosphere, it's motivating, the exercises are achievable for all levels of fitness, the timing suits me better, I can bring my kids if I need to, I can easily make up classes.
